In 2020, Bill Zito took over as general manager of the Panthers. Under Zito's leadership, the team has returned to prominence, making the playoffs in both 2021 and 2022.

Logo and Uniforms

The Panthers' logo has undergone several changes throughout the years. The current logo, which features a leaping panther, was introduced in 1999. The team's uniforms have also changed several times, but the current design, which features a predominately red and black color scheme, was introduced in 2016.
