Severe Weather Alerts for Columbus, IN
Enhanced Threat for Severe Storms and Tornado Watch Issued
The National Weather Service has issued an enhanced threat for severe storms this afternoon and evening for all of central Indiana. A tornado watch has also been issued for Bartholomew County and Columbus until 10 pm. A portion of Indiana is also currently under a tornado watch according to the Indianapolis office of the National Weather Service.
Tornado Watch for Mercer County, OH
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Mercer County, OH until 5:14 pm. The watch includes the city of Celina.
Tornado Reportedly Touched Down in Jefferson County
Indiana State Police said tornadoes have reportedly touched down at multiple locations in Jefferson County. The National Weather Service has not yet confirmed these reports.
